Based in Norwich since 2019, Emily has dedicated her career to making the tech industry more human by focusing on burnout prevention, remote team leadership, and the messy reality of software delivery. With years of experience managing developers and streamlining production processes, she is a fierce advocate for effective communication and realistic team processes.
When she isn’t helping teams bridge the gap between business promises and operational reality, she can be found looking after her four cats, reading, or drinking a well-deserved cup of coffee.
