Our commitment

The Norfolk Power Platform User Group is committed to a respectful, friendly, and professional environment for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, age, race, or religion. This applies at our in-person events, online sessions, and in our online spaces.

We expect everyone to

• Be friendly and welcoming — especially to people attending for the first time.
• Show courtesy and respect to speakers: phones on silent, save conversations for the break.
• Respect differing opinions and experience levels — seek to understand rather than criticise.
• Use inclusive language and make space for people who differ from you.
• Assume good intent in others' questions and comments.
• Keep talks and discussions free of sales pitches unless clearly agreed as sponsor content.

Zero tolerance

We have zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or any behaviour that degrades others. Discriminatory or exclusionary jokes are not appropriate. Anyone violating this code may be asked to leave an event at the organisers' sole discretion.

Accessibility

Our events are free and open to all. Each event page lists the venue details — if you have an access or dietary requirement, let us know when you register or via the contact page and we'll sort it before the night.
